
Honorable Engineer Mrs.Nadifa Mohamed Osman, a Somali-Canadian. She’s a graduate in Science with degree in Electrical Engineering from the Somali National University, Mogadishu, Somalia. Holds masters in Telecommunication from the Universities of Rome, Italy, a certificate toward MBA from California State University (Fresno) branch in Mogadishu, a master in telecommunication from University of University of Pennsylvania, USA. She’s fluent in English Somali and Italian languages.
In 2012 Nadifa was elected as a member of the Somali Federal Parliament.
In 2013 She’s was included in the ministerial cabinet as the Deputy Minister for Public Works / Reconstruction / Transport / Ports and Energy.

Ahmed Ali Massud is a Yemeni/Somali scholar, with a long career on humanitarian/relief programs and advisor to multi migration trends, IDPs and asylum seekers in and around the Horn of Africa, Yemen, North Africa and southern Europe. His footprints are always remembered in the front line of the field operations in UNAMID Darfur, WFP HQ, UNHCR Yemen and UNHCR Uganda.
Ahmed Massud was born in Gendershe, a small coastal village 60 km to the south of Mogadishu city, Somalia. He was raised in Mogadishu and attended public primary/intermediate & secondary schools. As student volunteered on year to the Somali nation’s literacy campaign.
Attended Somali National University Faculty of Political Sciences and later joined SNU university lectures and was a leader in the SRYU. Worked and attended SIDAM (Somali Institute for Development Administration and Management). Attended St. John’s University, Rome branch; New York University in Governance and Diplomacy courses.
Mr. Feysal Ismail Farah, a Somali National. He’s a graduate in Business administration from SIMAD University in Mogadishu, Somalia. Faysal holds a master in Project Management from the Open University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is fluent in Somali and Arabic languages. Faysal is among the Somali nationals who had lived through the civil war from the beginning to the end. As a peace-loving and development-oriented citizen, he has worked with community-based organizations, international organizations, and private sectors to improve the life of many war victims including children and women. This has not only broaden his outlook but made him gain vast experience in humanitarian matters. His good knowledge of finance and managerial skill made him promoted several times during his employment.
Previously he worked with: Zamzam Foundation Somalia in Mogadishu, Somalia. International donors fund the organization. Faysal started as the cashier and later on promoted to Chief Finance Officer, a position he held until recently.

Mr. Ibrahim Omar Ibrahim has over 9 years’ experience working with Non- governmental organizations (NGOs) working in different capacities (e.g. Field Operations officer, Administration Officer, ICT Officer) in supporting humanitarian field teams in Somalia.
